Wheelgate Park Railway 7 ¼ inch

The Wheelgate Park Railway is situated in Wheelgate Adventure Park in Farnsfield. The station is near the entrance, and trains run through a tunnel/shed almost immediately and then run round a balloon loop. When the journey has finished the train is parked on a stub of truck, whilst the train is hand shunted by staff into the departure platform. The steam outline locomotive built by Roger Greatrex has synchronised sounds of a steam locomotive, and pulls 3 sit-astride coaches.
