Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway 15 inch

There has been a miniature railway in Cleethorpes since 1948, with the current configuration opening in 1971 to the gauge of 14 ¼ inches, being standardised to 15 inches in 1993. The railways central station is Lakeside, home to the smallest pub on the planet 'Signal Box Inn', a crazy golf course, shop, cafe and museum. Trains run for a mile towards Kingsway Station near Cleethorpes town and seafront, with views of the Lincolnshire coastline. A variety of historic steam and diesel locomotives are used including Kerr Stuart 'Bonnie Dundee' and Sandy River Replica No.24.
