WHY SHOULD I ADVERTISE ON THE MRW SALES HOUSE?

Miniature Railway World received over 110,000 unique visitors from January to June 2010, 50% increase in visitors from 2009, and is regularly ranked first in top search engines for term 'miniature railway' and others. We do not know another miniature railway website with this much coverage. By putting your advert on here, you should receive far more coverage and custom than previously, plus the added advantage of your item being included on the MRW Sales House Monthly Newsletter sent out to those who have subscribed to it. We also offer the chance for both commercial companies and private individuals to offer their items for sale.

The layout is easy to use, fast-loading and simple, being divided by item type, and listed by most recent item.

HOW DO I ADVERTISE MY ITEMS FOR SALE?

If you have anything for sale, miniature-railway related (locomotives, rolling stock, any other equipment), simply get in touch with us at saleshouse@miniaturerailwayworld.co.uk

We suggest to get maximize interest and sales from your advert, you send us the following details:

• Item Description (Gauge, Age, Condition, Previous Usage etc)
• One Photo of the Lot (More than One would be better)
• General Area of Item
• Asking Price
• Contact Details

We will then put your advert together for you, and put in the Sales House! It will also be featured in the monthly newsletter.

ADVERTISING YOUR MINIATURE RAILWAY BUSINESS HERE - TRADERS?

There are a lot of traders in the miniature railway circuit who do not have the coverage or possible customers that Miniature Railway World gets - trader websites can become scattered and hidden away, and many customers may not find them. By placing an advert with us at the Sales House, you could see increased custom. Alternatively if you are a trader, but with poor website coverage, then you could advertise items as listed above?

We are charging initially £10 per month for your trader advert to appear on the Sales House, a good deal cheaper than other websites and railway magazines - why not try it out? - simply submit your advert (we can create trader adverts on special request) to saleshouse@miniaturerailwayworld.co.uk

RATES

To advertise at MRW Sales House, we charge the following very reasonable rates per month (this is the minimum cost, starting for a month from receipt of payment, with reductions for annual rates):

£15 - For All Locomotives & Rolling Stock

£15 - Trader Ads

£10 - Other Equipment

£75 - Commercial Ventures (Sale of Whole Miniature Railways/Businesses related to Miniature Railways)

These rates are for the standard advert size of 280 x 400 as can be seen on the right. We can do both 140 x 200 and larger, and the rates do vary according to this.

All ads are hyper linked to either your website or contact email address to ensure maximum

Payments are made by either Pay Pal or Cheque, the choice is yours.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MRW SALES HOUSE

The MRW Webmaster cannot be held responsible for any faults with the sale of items, and this is the responsibility of the buyer and the seller - the Sales House is simply an advertising place for the seller and on entering into this agreement with MRW means that users cannot undertake any legal action over MRW and its owner. If payment is not received for your advert, then we reserve the right to remove your advert. MRW reserves the right to remove any advert deemed unsuitable.
