Wheelgate Park Railway 7 ¼ inch

The Wheelgate Park Railway is situated in Wheelgate Adventure Park in Farnsfield. The station is near the entrance, and trains through a tunnel/shed almost immediately and then run round a balloon loop. When the journey has finished the train is parked on a stub of truck whilst the train is hand shunted by staff into the departure platform. The steam outline locomotive built by Roger Greatrex has synchronised sounds of a steam locomotive, and pulls 3 large sit-in coaches.
